Appointment Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us before the scheduled consultation time.

Consultation fees are refundable only if cancellation is made within the permitted time period.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

If a patient fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee may be non-refundable.

If the hospital cancels an appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, patients may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment.
